I had ordered my Direct TV service on line. The installers showed up exactly when they were expected, but gave me more information and education about how the Direct TV service would work and told me what boxes etc I should have and the best way and the lowest cost to obtain what we really wanted. These guys were so great and helpful. They service the Sierra Vista, AZ area.

Horrible!!! This company is UNFORTUNATELY an affiliate of DirecTV. They were scheduled to show up between 1-5p and guess what?? They never showed. I gave them a call and was on hold for over 1 hour trying to get an answer to why no one showed up. Guess what? the drivers truck broke down and never bothered to call. Its' been 2 days as of today and I still don't have my upgraded dish! They are still trying to get it rectified.. No one calls when they say they are. When I called to get a coporate address to submit a complaint 3 representatives hung up on me after questioning why I needed the information, when I advised them it was for a complaint, all 3 hung up.. The representatives don't know what there doing, the supervisors are horrible and this company needs to be fired by DirecTV. The bad thing about it is you can't use another company this is the ONLY company DirecTV utilizes locally. What a shame!
